Can I return my cellular phone purchase?
Yes you can. The wireless phones kiosk and Costco offers a convenient way to refund or change your purchase. Simply visit the wireless phones kiosk at your local Costco warehouse and ask one of our wireless experts for assistance. To find a location close to you, please refer to the “Find a location page”. To expedite the process, have your receipt and cell phone purchase documentation provided in the Consumer Care Package available.
How do I refund my purchase?
If you wish to refund a purchase, please ensure that it is brought back to the wireless phones kiosk in good condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to return the Bonus items received along with your purchase. The bonus car charger should be returned in good condition. If a Costco Cash Card was used, it will need to be bought back at the time of refund. Our wireless expert will create an invoice for return after checking that your carrier plan has been cancelled. You will then be escorted to Costco’s customer service desk to complete the refund.
